After choosing a look, you may begin to wonder if you have enough hair to achieve it. This is when the possibility of using extensions becomes a question.
In order to help you navigate the world of extensions we will break down some of the different types to help you make your decision:
Fusion Extensions:
Price: $500-$4000
These types of extensions are bonded to your own hair and take about 4-6 hours to complete. As with any type of hair extension, you get what you pay for. The better the hair- the more expensive. These will need to be maintained about every 3-4 months.
Tape In Extensions:
Price: $300-$2000
Tape in extensions are much lower in price and much faster to apply taking only about 1-3 hours. However, they will need to be kept up about every 6-8 weeks depending on how quickly your hair grows.
Clip In or Halo Extensions:
Price : $95-$500
This is what we use most often with brides! They require zero commitment other than the cost and can be reused for years to come! In order for them to be used with heat tools you Must purchase extensions that are human hair or a synthetic blend meant to be used with heated tools and styling products. These extensions are mostly what you will see used on social media in hair styles and on models and celebrities. You probably have friends who are using them and you never knew it!
