Brushworx was co-founded in 2006 by Christine Pay and Patti Simmons when we met by divine appointment. By being grounded by our solid faith in God and driven by our passion for hair and makeup artistry, our dream has become a reality that now includes 17 artists on the team. We have also expanded to include a Brushworx in the Milwaukee/Chicago area !
At the heart of Brushworx is our deep commitment to creating an exciting and joyful experience that our brides will look back on for years to come. Because we love what we do so much, you are never ‘just another bride’ to us. You will become our dear friend.

Talented, easy-going, and a great listener. Her calm demeanor has won the hearts of many a bride! As a Master Cosmetologist for 32 years she has created hundreds of stunning bridal styles that have been featured in publications nationally and internationally. Christine is the driving force behind our social media , business mentoring, content for our affiliates, and making sure our teams are up to date on hair and makeup trends.
Her time away from Brushworx is spent reading, working out, and coaching women in business as a certified Life/Business coach at www.renewandrise.com. She is married to her Aussie husband (yes, he does have that great accent!) and is mother to three boys.

Patti has been providing professional hair and makeup services to clients across the country for over 20 years. She is personable, detail oriented, and intuitive. Perfection is her goal, giving 100% to every bride. Her kind words of encouragement are sure to put a smile on your face. Patti has advanced training with some of the top makeup artists in the country making her one of the best in the business. She’s a Former Miss Georgia USA 2000 & 3rd runner up at Miss USA, as well as having a professional model/actress career.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta she married her best friend/husband in 2002. She is a devoted wife and a loving mother of 2 daughters, and has 2 Shih Tzu’s. Their family enjoys being involved in various church activities, traveling, playing sports, and spending time together.
